Shipping & Delivery Policy

VFormLuxe sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no shipping fees.

How delivery works:
After your payment is complete, you'll receive your ebook instantly in two ways:

• A download link on your order confirmation page
• An email with your download link, sent to the address you entered at checkout

Didn't get it?

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
• Still can't find it? Email us at [your email] with your order number, and we'll resend your download link within 1–2 business days.

Download tips:

• Our ebooks are delivered as PDF files, which open on phones, tablets, and computers.
• We recommend saving your files to your device right after downloading.
