All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is complete. Digital files can't be "returned" the way physical products can, so please review each product description carefully before buying.

We're here to help if something goes wrong. We will gladly make it right if:

• You didn't receive your ebook. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend your download link.
• Your file is damaged or won't open. We'll send you a working copy.
• You were charged twice for the same order. We'll refund the duplicate charge.

To request help, email us at [your email] within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Chargebacks. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems can be fixed quickly, and we're happy to help.
